Lips are a visible body part at the mouth of humans and many animals.

Lips are soft, movable, and serve as the opening for food intake and in the articulation of sound and speech.

Human lips are a tactile sensory organ, and can be an erogenous zone when used in kissing and other acts of intimacy.

Today I have crochet Bow Tie Lips :)

Why did I make bow tie lips?

I saw a friend of mine in black dress shirt with white lips all over it

& no bow tie.

On my question: "where a bow tie?"

He answer: "He does not have one for this shirt." 

My suggestion I make one looking as a lips.

I made it a red colour, as his shirt black and lips white, need some splash of colour.

Size about 3 inches long & about 1 inch wide.

I used a soft baby red yarn (unfortunate, no name), so it feels nice, soft & comfortable.

Hook size 3.75/F.

According history the bow tie originated among Croatian mercenaries during the Thirty Year war of the 17th century: the Croat mercenaries used a scarf around the neck to hold together the opening of their shirts. This was soon adopted (under the name cravat, derived from the French for "Croat") by the upper classes in France, then a leader in fashion, and flourished in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is uncertain whether the cravat then evolved into the bow tie and four-in-hand necktie, or whether the cravat gave rise to the bow tie, which in turn led to the four-in-hand necktie.

I slightly stuff and used fabric stiffener to keep shape.
Also I used a red ribbon fabric to make a adjustable strap on back.

Size from 15 inches to 19 inches.

Fixed-length bow ties are preferred when worn with the most formal wing-collar shirts, so as not to expose the buckle or clasp of an adjustable bow tie. Adjustable bow ties are the standard when the tie is to be worn with a less formal, lie-down collar shirts which obscure the neckband of the tie. "One-size-fits-all" adjustable bow ties are a later invention that help to moderate production costs.

Французский поцелуй (French Kiss)

Видела, что она сделала? Надула губки. Надутые губки — самое сильное оружие французских женщин.

Сегодня у меня на показ вязаные губки галстук бантик.

Вязала из детской красной пряжи, т.к. она мягчее и более удобная для галстука.

Кр. 3.75мм. А так же использовала не много набивки для придания формы.
Немного на крахмалила для под держания формы.

Размер примерно 9см в длину и 5см в ширину.

Я сделала на регулируемом ремешке из шелкового красного материала.
